Step One:
Call our convenient 24/7 answering service to set up a time and day for a FREE estimate.  We will give you a hard copy estimate BEFORE we leave.  No mailing bids or email bids, you get it right away.

Step Two:
If you choose to hire Brush Masters Painting, call our answering service. Either the owner or operations manager will call you back to discuss our schedule and give you the most accurate projection on when we can start your project.  We are a first come first serve company, which means if you book with us first, you are on our work list first.

Step Three:
Before each painting or staining project we clean the surface of the project that we are going to cover.  Paint and dirt DO NOT go well with each other.  Doing this step enhances the longevity of the application.  There is no extra charge for this step; it is already included in the entire project unless otherwise noted on the estimate.  If scraping loose paint is necessary we will do that then lightly spot sand and prime (if needed) those spots before the application.

Step Four:
Painting or Staining.  A team of one to five employees will be working on your project depending on the size of the project, and or work scheduled for the week.  Our workers are very polite as well as trained in their craft (no clock watchers on our team).

Step Five:
When the project is completed we require a walk around with the homeowner and either the owner or operations manager to insure that everything is completed that was expected.  This is a very important process for us because we do not want to leave the project until the homeowner is satisfied 100%.
